  • A graduate of finance or management-related course (i.e. Business Administration, Accountancy, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.), with strong background in marketing and finance

  • Preferably a graduate of BS Architecture or Communication Arts

  • Willing to conduct site visits
  • University degree in Architecture is required
    Registered Architect
  • At least 2 years work experience in handling projects in architectural firm or in a real estate development company
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Good working knowledge of basic graphical software (AutoCAD, Photoshop)
  • Excellent design and aesthetic sense
  • College graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Above average communications skills, oral and written
  • Can adopt to various working conditions
  • Above-average customer-orientation
  • Keen to details
  • College graduate; preferably of finance and/or business-related courses (i.e. management engineering, industrial engineering, business administration and accountancy)
  • At least 1 year experience in project/ business development or project/ brand management
  • Related work experience in real estate industry, is an advantage
  • Highly organized and keen with details
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, resourceful
  • Competitive finance and marketing background
  • Proficiency in Windows Application
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Related post-graduate course is not required but would be a plus
  • At least 2 years work experience in financial analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted
  • Accounting Principles/International Accounting Standards
  • Above-average oral and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical and keen with details
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking functions
  • Strong leadership potential
  • With a bachelor's/college degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related technical course
  • At least 1 year experience in management of office maintenance needs and support
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Patient, keen with details, and a team player
  • Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate
  • With at least 1 year experience in site or construction, property management
  • Above average communications skills, oral and written
  • Can adopt to various working conditions
  • Above-average customer-orientation
  • Knows how to drive and with license
  • Keen to details
  • With a bachelor's/college degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related technical course
  • At least 1 year experience in management of office maintenance needs and support

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related course in a reputable school
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales/ Real Estate is a plus
  • Experience in selling is a plus on similar markets (Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Networking)
Skills:

  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide variety of personalities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PPT)
